Travelling as a group
One vehicle, the whole party
The Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven in captain's chairs with room for luggage, so a group of friends can share the journey rather than split across cars. It is the sensible, sociable way to get to an event — glasses up before you've even arrived.
For smaller parties, an S-Class or Audi A6 adds understated presence at the door. Both come with a fixed price agreed in advance.

Event car hire — your questions
Can you carry a group to an event and collect us afterwards?
Yes. We quote a full day package with drop-off and a timed pick-up, so your group travels together and returns together. For larger parties we can arrange the V-Class alongside a saloon. Call 07977 407474.
Do you do race days like Royal Ascot and the Grand National?
We do — race days are one of our most popular event bookings. We handle the route, the traffic and the parking, so you step out at the gate relaxed and on time.
How many people can travel in one vehicle?
The Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven passengers. The S-Class and Audi A6 seat four. For parties larger than seven we recommend booking a second vehicle.
Is the price fixed regardless of traffic or delays?
Yes. We agree a fixed price before you book, based on your itinerary — not a meter that climbs with traffic. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
