Booking Terms

1. Quotes and pricing
Every quotation is fixed and itemised before booking. The price covers the vehicle, chauffeur and agreed itinerary only; additional stops, extended waiting time or changes requested on the day may be quoted separately at standard rates.
2. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once a deposit is received and acknowledged by us in writing. Until then, dates and vehicles remain available to other clients. A confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date receive a refund of any deposit less an administration fee. Within 14 days of the date, the deposit is retained in full. We reserve the right to retain the full hire charge where a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the agreed collection time.
4. Vehicle substitution
We supply the vehicle confirmed at booking. In the rare event of mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher specification at no additional cost. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
5. Conduct and capacity
Passengers must not exceed the stated capacity of the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where a passenger's behaviour compromises safety or the vehicle's condition, with the full hire charge remaining payable.
6. Timings
Wedding and event itineraries are agreed in advance. We allow reasonable waiting time within the agreed schedule; delays beyond the agreed schedule may incur an additional charge, which will always be communicated before it is applied.
