What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address and message, together with the page you sent it from and the time it was sent. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and anything you tell us.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange and carry out your booking. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiry form submissions are stored securely in our website's database and forwarded to our business inbox by an email delivery service. Access is limited to the people who handle bookings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Email kuldip@white7bedford.co.uk or call 07977 407474 and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
