The Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven, which makes it the practical answer when a whole friendship group wants to arrive together. Captain's chairs keep dresses from creasing and the sliding doors mean nobody has to clamber out. The Mercedes S500 long-wheelbase saloon is a quieter, polished alternative for two or three passengers, and the Audi A6 is an understated option for a smaller arrival.

How the evening runs
Most prom bookings follow a simple shape: collection from a family home, a short stop for photographs if you want one, arrival at the venue, and a return journey at the end of the night. Some families prefer a one-way arrival only and make their own plans for the drive home; others want the chauffeur back for the finish. Both are fine, and the quote reflects exactly what you book.
We agree every address and time in advance so the chauffeur arrives with the plan already memorised. If there are several pick-ups, list them in order when you enquire and we will build the route around them. The chauffeur waits at the agreed point and will not leave early.
Sensible rules we keep
Because many passengers are under eighteen, we treat a prom booking with the same care a parent would. The chauffeur's contact details are shared with the lead booker, pick-up and drop-off addresses are fixed in advance, and no alcohol is supplied in the car. Our booking terms apply to every hire and set out conduct expectations clearly, so there are no surprises on the night.
Parents are welcome to come along to the collection point, take photographs and meet the chauffeur. Many do; it is part of the occasion.

Prom season is concentrated into a few weeks each summer, so the Phantom and V-Class are usually the first cars to be reserved. Enquiring as soon as the venue and date are announced gives you the widest choice.
