Once those are known, White 7 sends a fixed quote for the agreed itinerary. There is no published figure that could accurately stand in for your own plans.
That is why the most useful thing you can do before asking for prices is to jot down your date, the pick-up address, the ceremony venue, the reception venue and roughly how many people need to travel. With those five facts a quote can be accurate first time rather than a vague range.
The car itself
The choice of vehicle is the biggest single factor. The Rolls-Royce Phantom is the flagship of the fleet: rear-hinged coach doors, a starlight headliner and the kind of presence that fills a photograph. It is the most requested car for brides and it is usually the first to be reserved on popular Saturdays.
The Mercedes S500 long-wheelbase is a polished, quieter alternative that many grooms and parents choose. The seven-seat Mercedes V-Class exists for moving a group together, typically bridesmaids or close family. The Audi A6 is the understated option for guests, parents or a smaller civil wedding. Each car is priced on its own terms, and combining two cars in one booking is common.
Hours and waiting time
A wedding car is not simply a taxi fare from A to B. The chauffeur arrives before the collection time, waits outside the ceremony while you marry, stays for photographs by the car and then takes you on to the reception. That time with the car is part of what you are paying for, whether the wheels are turning or not.
A short register office ceremony with a nearby reception needs fewer hours than a long church service followed by a drive across the county and a stop for pictures on the way. Being realistic about the timings keeps the quote honest; adding a generous margin is sensible, but booking far more time than you need simply adds cost.
Distance and the route
White 7 is based in Bedford and covers Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and London. The distance from the base to your first pick-up, and between each address on the day, affects the quote. A wedding where the bride's home, the church and the reception are all close together is simpler than one spread over several towns.
Extra stops matter too. Collecting a grandparent on the way, calling at a second house for the bridesmaids or pausing at a park for photographs all add time and mileage. None of these are a problem; they just need to be in the plan so the price includes them.
The date and time of year
Summer Saturdays are the busiest days of the wedding calendar, and the fleet is small by design, so availability rather than price is often the real pressure on those dates. Midweek, Friday and Sunday weddings, and weddings outside the peak months, tend to give you more choice of car.
Asian weddings that run across several days, with separate journeys for different ceremonies, are quoted as one plan covering every day you need, rather than as disconnected bookings.
Extras and what is included
Every White 7 booking is chauffeur-driven; there is no self-drive option. The price covers the vehicle, a suited chauffeur and the itinerary you agree. Ribbons are included, and floral dressing can be arranged on request. The car is cleaned and prepared inside and out before every booking.
If you would like flowers on the car, ask about them when you enquire so they can be considered alongside the rest of your plan. An additional stop or a second vehicle also changes the itinerary. Anything added on the day that was not in the plan, such as an extra journey or a long unplanned wait, may be quoted separately under the booking terms. Planning it in advance avoids surprises in either direction.
